Sister Pamela Smith

Sister Pamela Smith, SSCM, Ph.D., is the Director of Ecumenical and Interreligious Affairs for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Charleston. She also is a member of the adjunct faculty in theology for Saint Leo University at its Charleston extension. A long-time educator and administrator, she is the author of numerous articles and 17 books, most recently “ A History of the Diocese of Charleston: State of Grace” (History Press, 2020) and “How We Can Suffer Our Sorrow” (ACTA Publications, 2023).
